Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Lead the development of strategic plans and policies that guide the Ministry’s activities and long-term objectives.

• Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement systems to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Ministry’s projects and programs, ensuring they meet set goals and objectives.
• Documentation Management: Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of the Ministry’s activities, policies, and strategic plans.
• Inter-departmental Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between different departments to ensure integrated and cohesive planning efforts.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on planning activities and outcomes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
